Advocacy

TAIMH is a voice for babies at the state agency and legislative level. Other early care groups and TAIMH have worked to lower the ratio of babies to caregivers in child care settings and have had success in increasing the training hours for child care staff and directors and in improving the quality of trainings being offered. The dedication of the staff and the commitment of over seventy active volunteers have led to many accomplishments in recent years.
